Full “2023 Thanks Giveaway” rules

Open to anyone 18 years or older

Location of the photo shoot must within 20 driving miles of West Islip, NY

Travel accommodations are not included in this prize

  • How to enter:
  • Like the official giveaway post
  • Follow the “BlinnPhoto” Instagram account at the time of giveaway winner selection.
  • Tag someone in the comments of the official giveaway post
  • Each tagged comment equals 1 entry
  • Tagging more than one person in a single comment equals 1 entry
  • Unlimited entities
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win
  • The giveaway runs from the time of post until November 22nd at the time of editing the post to say “giveaway closed”
  • All likes, tags, etc. of any other posts, stories, reels, etc that are not to the original giveaway post shall not be counted toward an entry
  • Winner selection process
  • Winner will be selected randomly using online random comment selection tools
  • The randomly selected winner will be cross verified for liking and following manually.
  • Once all criteria for 2 winners has been met the winners will be announced via the “BlinnPhoto” instagram page via post and story. 
  • The winners will be messaged via instagram announcing their winning of the prize. Each winner has 120 hours (5 days) from the time of the first private message to acknowledge the prize winnings.
  • If any of the originally selected winners do not acknowledge the prize winnings within the allotted 120 hours, alternate winners will be selected and announced via private message.
  • All Alternate winners will be selected in the same manner and time frame (120 hours to acknowledgement) until 2 winners fully acknowledge and accept the prize.
  • The Prize
  • Each prize shall be held as an independent prize to each winner
  • 1 60 minute photo portrait session
  • Wedding, events and newborn sessions are excluded from this giveaway
  •  Full online photo gallery with edited photographs from the session
  • The option to purchase prints through their online gallery/store
  • The Prize must be used within 6 months of the winner acknowledgement
  • The winner must sign the photographer's photo release and session contract prior to fully booking their session, any refusal to sign the contract or photo release will result in the forfeit of the prize and photo session. 
  • The Prize is not transferable
  • Cancellation of the agreed upon photo session without at least 7 days prior notification could result in forfeiture of the prize.
